Creative to Flush out 3 TV Drama ideas

In need a great creative writer, who can flush out three (3) tv ideas into tv series summaries. You will be creating a one-page ‘Character Relationship Map’ and a 2 to 3 page ‘TV Show proposal’. I will provide the general ideas and I will provide the templates to help you flush them out. The shows should be Drama with strong characters and compeling situations, one will be sci-fi/drama. Hopefully done in 10 days or start.
