Project Desciption

We need to make the book keeping, accounting and audit for a limited liability company, for the years 2010 to 2015, all inclusive.

The vouchers are organized in chronological order, and organized well in box files, and numbered consecutively. 

We need the usual work done, with NSSF, NHIF, Trial balance, financial statement.

We have bank statements for most of all years in total, we may be missing only a few bank statements for a few months.

We have all cheque sleeves.

A big chunk of the entire book keeping has been done already.

All entries has been done via ETR machine.

Bank reconciliation must be done too, for accuracy purposes.

We do explicitly not need anything to be done on tax. Simply follow tax laws, that is all. 

The work will take place at our location.

You will be engaged on usual professional terms and conditions. The bid sum is based on all 6 years, however, we will create a milestone for each year.

We need that you quote (bid) for the total work, which shall include accounting and audit from the point where we provide for you the vouchers, up to the point where we have an annual financial statement.

In terms of accounting method, use the simplest possible method. 

IN the period between 2014 and 2016, there has been no activity, therefore, we expect it to be a question about doing a few operations.

Questions are welcome. 

If you intend to bid above USD 3,000 for the total work of doing these 6 years, then do not waste your time.

Foreigners should not bid on the task. We need a local from Kenya to bid, as you would need to go through the material.
