A new food startup is looking for a consultant to put together an HACCP plan that will be approved by a city/state Health Department. Our product is relatively straightforward (it is a snack/treat).
Depending on your skills and qualifications we might also need help with recipe formulation/improvement, shelf life, packaging, etc.
Please tell us about your expertise developing HACCP plan and ask questions that need to be answered for you to be able to put an specific proposal together.
