Resume Editor / Cover Letter Expert Needed!

I am looking for someone to tailor my resume to the jobs I have saved, as well as creating a cover letter if needed. I am totally willing to split half of my first paycheck with you after I am interviewed and accepted. This job’s pay is negotiable as it’s my first time employing someone for these services.  Will gladly pay a flat rate for your services if the jobs applied for do not produce results.

I expect clear communication on what’s to be done- I am definitely open for suggestions, and will gladly discuss details with you. I expect someone who has experience working with midlevel professionals, and who has proven success in achieving results.
